The inquiry form collects your name, email, organization, optional phone number, area of interest and message. These details are stored for the MCHF team to review and respond to your inquiry.
Please avoid sharing medical records or confidential health details. This website is an institutional information platform and does not provide clinical consultations.
Visitor statistics
We measure public page views and estimate daily visitors using an anonymized identifier that changes each day. We do not store visitors’ names, emails, raw IP addresses or URL query strings. Aggregate reports include pages, referral domains, device categories and countries where supplied by the hosting network. Reports cover up to 90 days; older events are removed when new visits are recorded. Staff dashboard traffic is excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.

The site uses hosting, security and authentication services to operate the website and protect its staff area. Staff access is restricted by role. This site does not include advertising trackers.
